The C.A. Designs VA3A video distribution amplifier is typically used to enable signals from high-resolution video graphics sources to be distributed to multiple screens and / or down long coaxial cables.
The unit will re-condition poor quality or wrong amplitude video signals.
Features include:
Balanced inputs to remove common mode noise (such as mains ripple)
Switchable input termination impedance to enable "loop-through" to other inputs
Adjustable gain
Adjustable high frequency compensation to reduce cable losses (picture sharpness)
Internal links to enable monochrome use with one input to nine outputs
All outputs have individual 75 ohm line driving amplifiers, giving minimum co-channel interaction and optimum performance
Note that a lead is available to connect two VA3A units together, resulting in a 1 input to 6 output RGB amplifier requiring just one power supply.
