| MS2B
The C.A. Designs dual PS/2 mouse sharing system MS2B is a boxed module which enables any IBM-compatible computer to be operated with two PS/2 mice (6 pin mini-DIN connectors). Mice demand control by any movement or button action, and operate a contention system with control on a "first come - first served" basis. When control resides with one mouse, the other is locked out while it is in use and for a short time afterwards. The unit is "IntelliMouse" compatible, so if all mice attached are of this type (with an extra button / roller) and the correct driver is loaded on the PC, they will be fully functional. However if one standard PS/2 mouse is fitted then any "IntelliMouse" attached will be disabled. Power is derived from the computer, limited to 1A maximum. |
