KM1E
The C.A. Designs KM1E PC keyboard and serial mouse extender system enables a personal computer to be operated with both an IBM keyboard and mouse remote (up to 200m) from the system unit.
Power is derived from the computer.
The unit is comprised of one module connected to the computer via two leads linked by an interconnecting cable (provided by the user) to a second module into which the keyboard and mouse plug.
The interconnecting cable requires:
3 twisted-pairs of 7 strand 0.15mm wire or 24 AWG solid UTP
Ends are terminated in 6-pin RJ11 connectors wired pin 1 to pin 1, etc.
Both modules for all associated KM1* products are housed in flame-retardant beige plastic boxes
Rack-mounting EuroCard versions are available; please contact our sales department for further details
