The C.A. Designs KB1H keyboard extender system enables Hewlett-Packard Apollo computers to be operated with a keyboard remote from the system unit (up to 200m away). Power is derived from the computer and no additional connections are required. The KB1H comprises two modules connected to the computer via a flying lead, linked (by an interconnecting cable provided by the user) to a second module into which the keyboard plugs.
